From leading a local non-profit's growth to navigating a national organization through a complete restructure, from shaping and reshaping teams to nurturing a vibrant workplace culture—all while being a mom to three amazing kids—I’ve learned how to turn burnout and overwhelm into a renewed, inspired leadership journey.
